Can I draw/annotate on non-GIS maps or PDFs?

Q: Can I draw/annotate on non-GIS maps or PDFs so they can be used as the basis for an event or scene diagram? 

A: Yes! We have added the ability in our C&C product to allow you to annotation any map, picture, or PDF. In the Map window, you can choose the map view you'd like to use. Then use the "Add Annotation" button. If you add an Attachment, you can the choose that image or PDF and choose to annotate it. If your device has a camera, you can take a picture and then choose to annotate the picture you took.
