What happens when I am outside my primary area of operations (AO)?

Q: What if my agency is dispatched beyond my primary area of operations (AO)? It is a given that agencies increasingly leave their home communities to respond to routine and complex events.

A: ADASHI continues to function within or outside primary Area of Operation (AO).  Routing, navigation, AVL functions continue to work as they would within your typical region of response. Custom local data added to the program, for example: address points, building footprints, hydrant data, and preplans will only display for the areas added, but HERE map data will be available everywhere. 

Incident Commanders using ADASHI C&C can add resources to an incident both manually, for example, if outside resources arrive or call in, or from their Global Resource list.
